Right, so if mine is a copyright infringement then so is his, because he is definitely not the first to come up with a yellow smile head. So one could argue no one should ever use any variation of a yellow smile head unless they are the creator of the old PAC man game or creator of emojis. Any kind of variation of a yellow head would still be copyright infringement based on those standards.

So if he isn't they have can't say they reject on staff inpersonation(even if they just picking random options instead of that lol) Maybe there should be feature showing who's denies etc plus there is a custom reason they can pick to say exactly why they arnt allowing (if this is just one person rejecting them)

p.s on a sidenote(havent been on classic in yrs) but didnt they make the yellow smile head look similer to this anyway at one point??

Actually, even if they're not staff anymore, they're not allowed to upload the head, unless given permission by said ex-staff member.

That's my experience at least.

I don't mess with gifs, but I just noticed that the windows viewer shows all the frames in a gif. The 6th frame/layer shows up like this, so that might be your problem.

lol no he doesn't. You need to understand that somebody has to get copyright protection against their stuff. Graal has one, but players don't. I doubt smelly belly filed copyright protection on his ball licking head. oh man that gave me a good lol

Your argument is not valid. That's like saying it's not illegal to rob a bank that has already been robbed a few days ago.

A head that has been used by an admin (even if they're ex-admins) can only be uploaded by someone else is given permission to by that admin, even if it's just an edit.

I'm not arguing but my point is valid. Your analogy actually makes no common sense in regards to the point I have made.

Also, you are kind of jumping around on the point I think you may be attempting to make. Are you talking about graal rules or the law? If you're talking about law and copyright infringement, well that's going to vary depending on country, state, county, etc.
