It's about time. (Although I can't say I'm psyched about the fact that this will mean more teams signing up for the iDevice tourny, thus making it more difficult for teams to make the cut, but that's just nitpicking)

I'm glad Android users are finally being grouped with mobile users. It's definitely long overdue.

She means the GST title name, "iDevice GST" or "Phone GST".

This is because iDevice only applies to Apple products whereas phone applies to both apple and android.
