Apparently not enough! Just having the Graal#'s is not proof you own the account, nor is knowing the e-mail. They're not going to just hand over someones entire account unless they can absolutely prove that you are the owner of the account.  

I told him info, and even told him to check this thread. Told him I had GRAAL ID'S also.

It's not hard to get someones Graal ID. Having a Graal# and e-mail is not proof of ownership.

That's not proof for them. You telling them various details of your life is not what they are looking for.

I am saying that unless you provide a more concrete proof you're wasting your time. If they handed over accounts to anyone who had something as simple as the Graal# and e-mail, accounts would be stolen constantly. They need absolute proof that you are the person who used that account, usually in the form of some sort of marketplace receipt or such. I'm sure they told you what information could be used to recover your account, though.

Actually Dusty is right. No matter what, just giving both Graal ID's don't work to having your account back to your other device. You can however include details such as how kind of packs you've bought on the game(it will show your receipt and bought from who).  

I'd follow Dusty's advice. It really don't matter how badly you want your account-- unless you go through the proper steps to get it back, you won't. Even though people have given you good advice, you still fight against them. Your question has already been answered; closing the thread to prevent more pointless arguing.
