A lot of times there's correlation between it, so maybe causation but there are different things you have to do in guild spar. I think what tends to be the case is that most people who are good at 1v1 are smart enough to know the nuances of guild spar and adjust.

It's all just based on how much you practice. I can never be good at both at the same time. Too much 1v1 makes me lose my ability to focus on more than 1 player, so then I would have to gs a lot to get it back. Too much gs makes me feel like the 1v1 arena is too small. Not sure if anyone else has that problem.

Depends, there are people such as Brett and Sarah who insanely good at both.

As long as Aguzo stands behind his teammates and blocks their retreat I don't see him ever winning a gst again "staying alive wins spars"

Aguzo has not realized everything people say about him is a joke and will take this literally, accuse me of wanting to be him and frantically type a bull**** response on his mechanical keyboard he got for christmas  

Why does every thread turn into a shot firing session at Aguzo. Yeah make a joke about him once in a while as you would do with other people, but I'm pretty sure a lot of people who take the piss aren't joking; just butthurt.

takes a lot more awareness and a higher game IQ to be good at GSing, some individual sparrers can get by without that just by having decent reaction time

lone idevice on this entire page to comment that idevices have zero advantages over a pc and if you're claiming so then you're just lying to yourself. acting like "less lag" is an advantage? smh have you not read the "lagger" excuse at least a thousand times? and i don't see where this "faster movements" comes from either when some dude seriously just did a speedrun of some sort on stepmania and tapped 40 keys per second. i sure as hell can't tap the arrow keys 40 times per second on my iphone and i feel like i'm among the fastest, if not the fastest, on these buttons.

It's essentially for everyone who wants to participate.
