that may not be; if his Graphics driver is Intel and he's installing NVIDIA Driver Software, it'll help nothing whatsoever. Try here for Intel Drivers: http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect/ |

Well if nothing that anybody is telling you works, then you may want to do what I did. I used to have an old laptop and the graphics card sucked and kept doing what yours did. So i got a new laptop with a better graphics card. If you have a computer, then ask a local computer repair man to replace the graphics card with a better one. In a laptop, everything is close together, so you shouldn't risk replacing the graphics card in a laptop. In a computer, everything is more spaced out, so its easier to replace it. |

you do this at your own RISK. if something happens im not responsible. usually nothing bad happens but just incase. first follow bboyeatsbacon´s link to scan your drivers and download the update for them. then enter safe mode (as john said) how to enter safe mode 1. restart your computer 2. when the computer boot up tap f8 until a screen should appear called Advanced Boot Options Menu or something like that 3. use the arrow keys to go down to start in safe mode with internet (its called something like that) 4. hit enter 5. your computer should now start up in safe mode uninstalling drivers 1. right click my computer select properties 2.look trough the tabs and find some button called device manager 3. click it and go to displayadapters card 4. there you should see all the drivers for gpu (graphics card) 5. from there u can right click and uninstall hope it all goes well and this fixes it ![]()
