Can you guys stop with the copyright stuff? You have no idea what you're talking about. If you submit a graphic to Graal, you are essentially granting Graal a license to use your image or are transferring the coypright to Graal completely.

Back on topic: Classic+ offers one headband as a hat. It can be done.

This is a classic thread. On classic heads with headbands are not allowed. My head was just denied for that reason. Idk how people have though being that mine was just denied.

I think part of that depends on who is doing the uploading... Some uploaders follow the rules (like i bet xor is a strict uploader), other uploaders just mass accept files as long as there are no size or transparency problems.

When I uploaded and it got denied by Rufus he denied it cause of headband. I thought he was just strict on it so I asked Flo about it and he said it's a new rule. They're started to delete heads that already have been uploaded. I have noticed this too less people have heads with headbands nowadays.  

This gave me the idea to make a creative headband and send it in.  

Xor doesn't upload, @ whoever said that. But yeah, the headband heads as well as the flashing animated heads that change 58928 different colors every second are being deleted and denied uploads.

I know a good amount of copyright technicallities. Someone's Graphics are automatically copyrighted as soon as they are created. Since the Graal uploading page at tinyurl.com/classicupload doesn't have a disclaimer saying something along the lines of:

"By submitting your graphic, you are granting permission to the server, and the community to use and edit it without your personal permission"

There is nothing like that. Now; if you find a way to PROVE that YOU are the original creator and prove that someone stole your graphic, then they would have to delete the stolen graphic due to copyright infringement.

Hope this cleared some stuff up.

You have case law that holds that such a disclaimer is necessary? From what jurisdiction? You know Graal is a foreign corporation, correct? Go try to enforce your unregistered copyright in your Graal image in Europe and see what the result is.

Also, please read up on implied copyright licenses. Your position that the disclaimer is required is not so clear cut.

I'm surprised that there is basically only one head band available on Classic (see avatar). I'm not one to buy hats, but I would buy head bands, and I suspect that I'm not the only one.

@Snk, though not relevant to iEra it seems that the Classic Uploaders have had a change of heart towards head bands placed upon personal uploads.  

New bandannas in lavenders body shop they come in diffirent colors 2.5k a hat!
