If I remember correctly, it included profanity... Not that I have rights here  

quit being feggets the kid lost 30 dollars and hes got a reason to mad. if your gunna tell him things like patience, go away. sorry you get money from your middle class parents all the time whenever you want a itunes dollar. he actually realizes the worth of money. so go away

Also, we do not sweep players problems under the carpet like you said. What's the point in PRs if we simply ignore players who are in a legitimate need of help.

sad. i would freak out if my money won't come back. Adiams don't care because they are at least 14-21. they are still kids until they pass 18. so just ignore them, some are actually doing good. some not. email ur recipt and wait. when. nothing happens for months, contact apple. i did it once for an old online game on iphone (maybe tibiame) they had to give my money back pronto. they had there services shut down fir 2 weeks or so. now they are backz

We Can't. If you had read Wan's post, you would understand that.
Graalonline is a company, We only run the server (for free). The companies profits are completely out of our hands, therefore:

Be patient, you've seen how many players iEra and iClassic have combined, they get a lot of emails.
