What happened to the idev teams?? - 2

I don't want to be that guy but honestly wtf did you guys expect?

There is literally no real motivation to make any progress in this game with no dedicated development team with proper leadership.

Dev teams are pretty much just a motley crew made up of people who want to have some fun developing in their free time for pretty much nothing. No offense to some of these devs but that's pretty much how it is.

And with no real management its going to be super easy to abuse power and slack off. As far as I'm concerned Unixmad doesn't do jack diddly about abusive staff.

I like the idea that it's voluntary work. It should stay that way (unless you're a special developer like Thor, Elk, Alarid, etc.).. and if you don't like that, don't apply.

Paying developers would add a lot of drama aswell.. and Unixmad delaying payments could happen very easily too.

Most staff teams besides the devs are trashy
(look at most of the classic team and their attitude towards some of their decisions)

This game is so boring after spending so much time doing things such as pking or sparring you eventually login for short periods of time and nothing else.

Look at iClassic most community members who participate in gsts don't do anything for the 3 months leading upto the gst because there is nothing to do.

and Unixmad is doing nothing, thats been obvious for years. It's about time some of you figured out how bad this really is and how useless Unixmad has been to us.

they could easily just admin some ambitious 12 year olds and the server would basically run itself, not sure whats stopping them
