I will admit that I think Chinese tourists are rude, obnoxious, and disgusting beings. I've only seen drunk women and Chinese tourists piss in public and act like it was normal.

I haven't heard or seen anything like this but it is true that people from certain parts of China do act rather badly in public. However, I've been to Taiwan multiple times now and most people there are really friendly and helpful.
