It was so much worse on PC.

Graphics are fine, thats literally the only good thing about the game is that the graphics arn't too shabby.

But the bugs and glitches screwed the game over for a lot of people.

Core gameplay itself isn't really that entertaining either.

The hacking puzzles look like something a kindergartner could do.  

Alright Bethesda, tell us about the next Elder Scrolls.  

am I the only one that thought watch dogs had ps2 or og Xbox graphics?

the pc version was unoptimized and rushed out

that wasnt the only problem though. the graphics were completely downgraded from the super hype e3 trailer. we expected an open world scifi while the game itself is like 20% sci fi and the rest you just jack off either in the ghetto (why the ****) and the backwater swamps (WHYTEH ****"?#"!?¤23948)

**** game, **** storyline (srsly a joke, dont bother beating it folks), graphics were a massive let-down, and the potential of the game's theme and atmosphere is TOTALLY POOPED ON. if you like it then that's of course fair enough, but a lot of us have the same set of complaints

after the unrealistic reveal of the first watch dogs, I'm glad they are showing the actual graphic fidelity.
Side note, its because people have a negative annotation to graphics such as your statement, that causes companies to mislead people with ultra setting trailers >=[
