Not everyone does a solid black outline. I tried to make the picture look nice the solid black outline makes it look like a sticker

No, no, I totally understand that a black outline is preference. Just thought it would go with the style of art. Whatever you find to look best though.

Well you gotta ask, you can't just post and expect people to know what you want.  

Yea I should of mentioned that.

Oh and on another note I will be posting an updated purple girl picture later as soon as my tablet is charged

I would make the eyes emote more, like your first one's. Also try adding more neck to the left side. It looks like she's turning her head a lot with her neck to the right like that, even though she's pretty much looking forward.
