Sooo... You want CP, red rooms, black markets, and other illegal things to be legal?  

If I were president.. In my country, I will launch Martial Law here since people here right now are doing horrid stuff like Rape, Murder, Kidnapping.. and Stealing, Martiall Law will make the people scared from disobeying the Law.

Second I will add a death penalty for Murder and Rape, Rape Accusations from people who have falsely accused someone will receive 2 years in prison with a year of
rehabilitation camp (IDk how it works, but I would do something like this.)

And I will launch a Campaign which would feed the poor and give to the rich, While the rich gives to the poor, Something like that, The rich would receive letters from the people who they've fed, While the Poor gets food and writes letters for the rich for giving making it feel more like "I don't know the word but more happy or kind? or generous"

And a School campaign which will involve Kids playing with toys which will inspire their future to become an Artist, Architect, Mathematicians, etc... Rather than have nothing in the past.
I will remove K-12 here since we are learning the same stuff as Americans are, Without the American History, But If I were president I will Include American History into our Text Books.

I will also add Home Shelters for the Poor where they would stay and live until they find a job and can move on and move out of the home shelters.
I will also make the minimum wage to 450 php per hour so people would work more and if this law isn't followed the owner of the corporation shall pay the workers everything he owed them, plus the owner will go to jail for 5 months with rehab for a year.

I will also kill every mosquitoes in philippines.
(My views on this will change, trust me, I'm still a stubborn 14 year old kid.)

Those are practically the only applicable uses of the deep web in the US, so yes. Also you should look up the definition of sarcasm in the dictionary.
