Just some Charm and Personality....
It's not something that you could add, it's basically 'style'..

This kind of idea would be nicer if we had Memorable and Unique Characters at the start of Classic; i.e: each character had their own distinct/unique personality and charm. But Classic isn't like that... it's just a bunch of filler NPCS and nobody pays attention to those NPCS who do have charm (Sister Gertrude)

Good idea

One thing I imagined was getting mad that a npc would force talk to me when I'm doing something important taking up thirty seconds of my time. Possibly missing out in blob cause of having to deal with random quest or getting jacked in pyrat quest for trying to get out of random npc experience or pking and getting fd up cause of some random dude out of now where forcing me to talk to him about how he needs worms but is not programmed to find them itself
