http://ohsheglows.com/ is a good website with lots of vegan meal recipes if you like to cook. Eating out in restaurants might be a little more difficult now though.

You'll probably have to start taking a range of supplements to maintain any nutrition you could miss from vegan foods.  

I agree with mangsi. Work your way slowly to a full vegan. I just took all red meats from my diet and it's painful. Turkey, chicken, and fish< my beloved cow and pig

They cut out the most reliable source of protein and fat so yeah malnutrition is a possible issue.

Look at it this way.

Our bodies have the ability to digest and extract nutrients from meat, so why not just go with it?

Really, there's nothing wrong with eating equal amounts of what we can eat.

Pretty inaccurate. You can get fats and proteins from a ton of other sources (Nuts for example). There's no risk of malnutrition if you shift your diet appropriately.

After living through a life where you've been eating meat, I imagine it will be insanely difficult for you to live with no meat. You've pretty much set your body up for eating meat.

??? Nuts like almonds have much more fat than red meat like beef.
