I think that the idea that they had last year where you could trade in your candy for different goodie bags was a good idea but people are always going to find some aspect of it to criticize which is why there was such a big drama about it last year. -_- I think that the idea of having a pumpkin blob boss for Halloween instead of the normal green blob would be pretty cool. ![]() Or maybe a Halloween quest where you have to solve a murder mystery or something along the lines of that? |

I didn't enjoy the trick aspect, because I didn't have a lot of time to play during the week leading up to Halloween, and so when I traded my candies in and the vast majority were tricks, it was very frustrating. I think candy should win, just the high quality items are ofc rarer.

I disliked catching candy from ghosts, as did a lot of people - "not enough ghosts, always get stolen from, too hard." Which is exactly why a new idea was brought to light. And now that it has been experienced, people want to latch back onto the old event. This happens with everything, there's never any middle ground. Just remember, if you ask for something different, expect something different. Complaining about what you asked for is really ironic. |

I agree this always happens but the new option was terrible, they even made the candy turn in's extremely expensive so all the candy you earned was basically nothing so no one really got a hat, or anything cool unless they were in the 9-10 thousands. |

My point here is, they both in turn, had similar rewarding standards. I personally liked going about and giving my candy to the NPCs (livened them up for sure), but really it's no different than cashing your candies in for a bag. Last year's event (even though I didn't participate), was much more symbolic to Halloween. Trick or treating at player's houses and such (that was part of it, yes?). |

Maybe we should try and improve the new Halloween system?

Sure its an event that makes more sense for halloween, but the ghost catching was fair, fun, and competitive. |

Shoveling would be like an easier version of bug net while still keeping the competition feeling since you still have to fight for the spot to dig.

last year's was insanely boring, hoping this year's incorporates some element of actual gameplay rather than a popularity/gralat pack contest 99% chance I won't participate either way because I'll be busy, but would still be nice to see something interactive |
