I have to agree on this. Even though a PK Zone is where everyone can kill each other, that doesn't give an excuse to kept killing the same person again and again intentionally if that person doesn't want to fight back.

That's the point ^  

If you don't players to die in the area, make it a non-pk zone. Otherwise, why should it be harassment? I don't get it.
