Yeah, they claimed it's staff "reward". Still very hypocritical. If you enforced something set an example at the very least.

Went onto zone for the first time in a while. My head, which I have been using on Zone for over 2 years on Zone, without any notice it deleted. I'm guessing because it had something covering the mouth, but why should my head be deleted for that when its the same as what tashkin has on his head. Not really fair

Headbands and small masks aren't illegal, not sure why ZP's are refunding them x.x

I still don't know why, but Gold Adelphos told me they were illegal, but then turned into legal again. I don't know if you got full refund, maybe reupload?

If you still have the head, reupload it. If not, I'll try to search for it

This isn't the first time I have seen graal servers be ridiculous and unfair to players about their customs. Once it gets accepted, it should be grandfathered in as long as there is no MAJOR issues or rules being broken. A small headband is not replicating a hat and follows the guidelines as "small accessories are allowed". If you are going to refund these from people, change the rules to be more specific.

Staff is always in the wrong when they refund heads imo. It means either
1: that they couldn't properly review it the first time
or
2: they are constantly changing their guidelines and rules which is unfair and a MASSSSSIVE waste of time for both the playerbase and staff.

In the end... who wins? When staff refund heads based on small little POSSIBLE infractions (that was already accepted)... who wins? It wastes the players time and gralats, it wastes the admins time, and it wastes everyones time on Graalians coming here to complain about it.

If stefan isn't forcing it, you should cater to what players want. And VERY FEW players want strict guidelines on customs.

Or they should add this rule: Once its accepted, It may not be forcefully removed by the owner/uploader unless the Owner/Uploader removes it.
