Answer to number 9 might be Noto actually. I believe snk contacted him when he and Stefan decided to make iera. Just an opinion though

9. NYT or Tink

It was originally NYT, Auron, and Tink that were promoted to PRA. Tink and NYT left shortly after leaving Auron as the only PRA.

Original 3 PRAs were actually khortez, auron, and tink/nyt (same person)

Noto was also an original
