GT villain.

Think Cell, but created to kill all Saiyans and restore Planet Vegeta (to the native race, tuffle) to what it once was.  

This is Baby:

He can pretty much go inside anyone and take over their body.
This is him when he took over Vageta's body:

Goku had to be in Super Saiyan 4 to defeat Baby and I believe he was in 2 or 3 to defeat Frieza, cant remember that far.
Baby used Vageta's Oozaru form to gain even more power, and if you've watched a lot then you'd know how powerful the Oozaru really is. (Giant-Ape form)

like how? the story was lacking, even by big series standards, the music didn't fit the theme, vegeta's mustache, goku turning into a ****ing kid only to go back to adult form in ssj4, vegeta being beta using machines to turn him into ssj4 like no how and why

but either way, not canon, doesn't matter.  

Everyone is allowed their own opinion, it's ridiculous to call it bad because "it's not canon"

the fact that it recently became non-canon is irrelevant.
