Sounds friendly, to me. You should express your discomfort with them, they probably have no idea.

yes, it's actually very easy to remove by blocking the Flash object using something like AdBlock or even your HOSTS file, but I'm not going to write a detailed post explaining how to do it because someone in this forum community would read too deeply into my post and somewhere between the lines someone would manage to find something where I claim to be better than someone at this game GOOD LUCK |

I don't know, Thallen, the chat bar seems to be built into the flash client itself. If it were another bar below the client, I'd understand the possibility of blocking it, but I don't think it is possible for the end user to do this.

It's a part of qplay.swf and loads within the client, I just said that to hopefully inspire rage within someone

Wow, that's beautiful! I would love it if the web client looked this simple and clean!

Okay, since I really really hate the friends bar as much as you guys do, I've made my own website that simply embeds the flash player, but cuts off the friends bar. It also makes the flash player the same size as the window, so that you can have an even better playing experience. GraalOnline Classic GraalOnline Era GraalOnline Zone There is even a 'Try Full Screen' button for those who want to have a full screen gaming experience. It allows much more content to be displayed . It does not work on Internet Explorer, sadly.I've made a thread: http://www.graalians.com/forums/showthread.php?t=25175 |

Wish granted, the 'disable friendsbar updates' option has been re-purposed.

great work now just whip together a standalone application that does nothing more than grab your Flash cookie and embed the Flash app in its own dynamically-resizable window outside of the default browser and you've managed to convince 99% of PC players that they're back on PC Graal (pretty sure that relies on IE though, which sucks) |
