O: why isn't their a limit for a gs guild to get certain amount of time to be able To partitcapte in GST like I say at least 10-24hrs of fort time and that can bring competition to towering again. |

I do see most guilds or a lot of guilds take time off from towering or set aside time to practice spar and test people and put teams together. When most people are like myself and don't dedicate the time to spar because they are towering/hat chasing and only do so for the week prior to the gst thats not a lot of time to get "good" at it. So there for we aren't going to know how to use all the little tricks or nuances (lagging,wall sparring,whatever)that the every day no lifers know and use and bitch about in length on the forums. You try to be sarcastic and joke around and god knows the over sensitive spar girls have to get butt hurt and get all protective of their sparring. And name drop how their buddy buddy with high up admins. You know what IDGAF who your friends with just keep being arrogant pricks. So feel free to keep putting me down and calling me derogatory names. Btw Fire surge and you other pretentious **** heads at least I post Ideas to try and add to the game and improve it. I know not all of them are good but you don't have to be assholes about it. Instead of posting on peoples threads and run them down by referring to them as having mental disabilities you might try suggesting a few ideas your selves. Until then you can go **** your selves you stupid dicks. |

Gonna put this the easy way. When GST starts- gangs who forts everyday starts giving up forting and practices gang sparring. Sparrers- gathers their friend who actually got the skills in sparring and practices with gang mates. When it all happen, the only one losing will be...? Make a guess. |

At best you have very few people in the room. In old graal we used UDP data transfer which makes a direct connection between your computer and everyone else in the room with you. You send the data back in forth without verifying that it reaches it's destination, which is very fast, but some packets may never reach their destination causing your opponent to look like they're skipping. Now that graal uses TCP, all data is sent until you get a receipt back stating the data was received. You don't make a connection with each user in the room, you only create a connection with the graal server, so now your data has to go all the way to the graal server then back to the other person, on top of being verified that it actually reaches it's destination which is much slower when there are few people in the room. People ask admins to fix the lag. The best they could do with their access is delete npcs from your account or possibly make a less laggy system script if it is even laggy in the first place. The majority of lag is cause by people logging in on a CELL PHONE, far inferior to a computer on a cable connection, and they're connecting from all over the world to one (or two?) servers in the US. If the Europeans had a server close to them they'd finally get to play without lag. Anyway, the person who can make the biggest change in lag is Stefan who scripts the game and can add more than one server or change the server's location. I might be a little off in my explanation, Thallen knows this better than I do. |
