i dont think this is a "bug" i think it has more to do with your lag...when i did it, i didnt lag on the bull or even in the room :/

I never lagged in the room lol

I also saw a glitch where this laggy guy was on the bull and people complaining that it never changed direction for a long time. Probably cant be helped if it was really lag.

The bull itself is just changing your gani(ie clientside. It is not an NPC on the serverside), and it's merely cosmetic. It doesn't dictate how the game should play at all(or how difficult it may be). Or at least I think that's how it works.

So in this case the guy's device/facebook was experiencing slowdown and thus his gani/bull wasn't moving as much as it usually does.

Once when I went on, I was on the sand puma mount before I did it and I stayed on it for the entire ride. I think that's the time I got my lasso lol
