That's what is annoying. She's a pretty bad admin, and somehow she hasn't been fired? She barely helps.  

snk should kick her and recruit someone who is more fitting for the job.

Hearts doesn't do anything, instead of helping players she bases on her iOS account. I really have no idea why she hasn't been fired. I mean she's been a staff for about a half-year, and all I see her do is flirt with her sk kids or afk at start.
