Um. I didnt fish for his spot. I pointed out that his spot was left. Its not like that would give anyone a better chance at getting a spot.

You obviously didnt understand either. I made no reference to me being hired. I dont care if i am not hired for I only want to be so that I can further reach out. All i did was make a comment that there will be another pr hired due to his loss.
