1. I am starting to doubt you were scholarly in any staff position if you are foolish enough to think that players or even staff won't take advantage of a system. Secondly, I never claimed that. There are other staff, such as graphics team, who are also NOT QUALIFIED to have level editing or uploading rights.
2. Catching a script and letting it slide through are 2 different things. A "uploading committee" could spot these spawners, and like I said... easily send them through the approval list to be uploaded. Tada he has 1m in items to merchant now
3. Incorrect. Do you even know how to script? There are simple commands you can use, they don't have to be complex. Hell, they don't even have to be money creators. It could be something as simple as on grab give x or on drop create dropped item x (dupers).
And if said person did want to create a complex script, who is to say a staff member would not help him with certain areas he can't fill? My ex staff team all turned out to be corrupt, and I lost a lot of friends because they all got fired.

1. Your foolishness is outstanding. Let's use your twisted logic for a bit. There a no "High Staff" on the Graphics Team. The Graphics Administrators don't qualify as "High Staff", even though they have rights to add people to the server options, and set rights, and what not. Only people who have rights to edit and upload levels are QUALIFIED as "High Staff". So, once again using your logic, anyone on the levels team is "High Staff", as they have level rights. Analyzing the verbal crap you've been spewing, I assume that's an accurate breakdown of your logic regarding "High Staff", correct?
2. Well obviously the committee isn't going to be anyone with levels knowledge. They'd be picked carefully, and screened regularly to make sure this doesn't happen. Besides, there's going to be corrupt authorities everywhere. If your "High Staff" are so incompetent, lazy and un-dedicated to their jobs, the server, and the player-base, to allow a few corrupt staff/players with special rights who can be weeded out over time completely derail plans that will benefit, excite and please the player-base, they shouldn't be "High Staff". Or staff at all. If you're not dedicated to your job on a server, and willing to wrack your brains for days to figure out kinks, just in order to put out something that the players will be happy with, and still dare to call yourself a good staff member, I am disgusted with you.
3. I actually have a decent grasp of scripting, as I am often required to do it. But however, let's once again take a look at the situation from your...logic. Let's say they put in a few simple lines of code like you say they can. How would it be able to work if they don't know the name of the weapon script they want to duplicate, and have a basic understanding of it? This would require getting the knowledge from a staff member who's trusted with access to the script database. If staff that trusted are that easily corrupt, the staff team and possibly even the server are doomed to ruination.
Also I'm pretty sure that it's far from impossible for a script to be created that is then quickly and easily applied to each approved level, with the function of disabling and rendering these "Hazard Scripts" null and void. Takes just a few mouse clicks. Create New NPC, Copy, Paste, Save.
Ultimatum:
There is going to be corrupt staff everywhere, and if the manager, or any other "High Staff" were to let them get in the way of pleasing the player-base and progressing the server, they shouldn't hold their positions. For corrupt staff can always be weeded out and worked around. Your player-base will always be there and demanding...Hopefully.
Fact of the matter is, the concept of player made house levels is possible, realistic and would benefit the few players who are into it. It'd be no great burden to any staff besides the lazy and corrupt ones. And if the manager and his "High Staff" are smart with their hiring, there shouldn't be that many corrupt staff. And the few that are there wouldn't be able to compromise things like this, as they'd most likely be revealed as corrupt long before they are promoted to positions of that calibre.
