i payed 5 bucks for that guild house, so of course ima fill it with furniture.
once i was real bored and added up the value of all my furniture: currently ~320,000gralats (my 2notetile tracks were expensive... and i have flower pots lining all my walls...)

I think it's very useful and I love visiting or decorating my guild house! I spend all my day in guild house!

Of course, always inviting most of my friend to come visit mine too! XD

It's just a way to get you to buy Gralat packs tbh. Honestly, how many people actually see your house? It really doesn't do anything for you. Same with items in general.
