hey, im trying to stop all these fail servers, theres a huge ammount of understaffed, destined to fail, wannabe servers started by iphone users now, they make some thread, and they end up taking in whoever they can,and then crash and burn.

in this case, we catch a person being caught lying according to one of the actual gfx on delt.

oh yes, they "left". its really the same thing, just like how sylvia "quit" when she was demoted.

they leave before they get fired so they can say they leave and dont look bad, its really the same thing, i think we can see that.

there is a select ammount of good scripters and lats, and instead of spreading them out on tons of servers set to fail, lets consolidate them on the two candidates actually closer to succeeding.

Matt had told me that Paladin quit, not fired. And Sylvia was demoted and then fired for lack of work.  

it doesnt matter, they "quit" so they can say they quit, because they knew if they kept on going they would be fired, its a cowards way out, a way someone tries to save their reputation so no one can say they were fired, when reality they would have been if they didnt quit out, as in Sylvias case.

The kid even cried about me being his superior and quit so I had to hold his hand and bring him back into the server and talk his low self esteem back up. I left because mattkan was making a fool of himself and kept annoying me so I left the server in his hands unfortunatly. Till this day mattkan would tell anyone he knows negative things about me to regain what little talentless dignity he has. Childs play really I dont baby sit him anymore.

also, predictably that server seems to have died off before even spreading its wings, she no longer posts about it.

let me teach you a little biology analogy.

frogs and other smaller basic organisms use a way of reproducing that involves laying tons and tons of tiny eggs, putting very little sustenance and biomass and effort into protecting them, and as a result a large amount never make it past the first stadges of its life,

these are failservers as i dub them, tons of weak servers with very little resources, lacking dedicated scripters and such. they normally never make it far.

now animals like advanced primates will generally have one or two or rarely 3 offspring, that develop inside of the mother, with a long gestation period, that are taught, protected, and cared for after birth, and have a lower chance of dying.

these are the other servers that have enough support, content, better staff, more time spent developing, and the such, like izone(mostly because stefan is in charge and is infatuated with it), delteria, and strosteria.

Johan and Entrok realized that you were trouble and after you quit to go work at a rival server the third time, they blacklisted you. My point to Higbey was that you four all left Stroseria with most of the staff angry at you and on terribly negative terms.
