The agreement they put up was last updated on January 2003 and has nothing to do with Era. Admins accuse us players of breaking rules when in reality there is no rule book. It would be so much easier if they could have a T&C or rule book or something along those lines. It would also decrease the amount of people being jailed/banned in Era and people will think twice before committing a crime. As well as a player rule book, there should also be an admin rule book because too many times have I witnessed things going in favour of an admin by just making up a rule in the last minute.

because they are too lazy to make individual ones and dont follow the legal procedures that involve the player actually having to view and accept the TOC.
its not anywhere in the iservers, meaning its actually void, and the only TOC you need to abide is Apples, since you never accepted or viewed the TOC. thus, the pc server TOC is void in cases of the iservers.

thus, untill they make it so when joining the game you must view and accept the TOC, its legally null.

so yes, none of those TOC are applicable in cases of iservers.

The other party involved, being GraalOnline, uses a TOC commonly referred to as a, "Shrink-Wrap License," due to the fact it isn't presented nor is it visible until after the user registers/buys said item.

The term shrink-wrap license refers colloquially to any software license agreement which is enclosed within a software package and is inaccessible to the customer until after purchase. but with the shrink wrap you actually have to have mention or be shown the license, or need to accept it, its not visible even after the product is bought. no, youd need to go and on your own figure out to go to the pc site to view it if you were on iphone iclassic, none of it is viewable in game at any point in time, nor is it linked to or referred to after you buy it.
