Buffing guns that weren't supposed to be good... Nerfing good guns...

You even nerfed melees which in general all need to be buffed so they're at par with guns.

Geno is doing good.

Does he have the experience to change things? No. Neither did you...

But I like how he's actually asking players that are experienced in that weapon for suggestions because when it all comes down to it; Graal is one big government. We choose if it's successful or not.

lol. You aren't the most... easy-to-get-along with. No one treated you like **** (i assume you did the axtrix yourself? I'll do it too, cuz even graalians doesn't like certain words I don't think). You just don't get along with many people, which is your problem, but don't go blaming the entire Zone staff saying they mistreated you, because I was there when you were there, and I am sure you were not "treated like ****."

Alright this ****s bait. But ima bite.
im aware im not easy to get along with. But you need to get out if you are saying staff didnt treat me like ****. May have been fine on rc or public chat but behind the curtains where all the 1on1 private discussions thats where the **** was. I'm not lying when i said staff treated me like **** cause they did. Management especially treated me like ****. First time around I had around 7 guns all done with graphics images sounds you name it. I wanted to know how to upload, no one, tashkin pd or any dev staff were willing to help me when i asked for help. I had to go all the way to testbed to do this and even then there is still unawnsered questions i had. Another one is lack of rights, holy **** i could not update the guns whenever nesassry. No no, i had to go through this bull**** google docs thing and tashkin or pd had to update the guns. One mistake i made would take days to fix because of this system when reality is, it would have taken 1 minute to do. Thats why i was always saying update guns please in rc because of that bull**** system and im tired of getting **** flung at me from players saying a guns broken because i forgot to capitalize a letter in a variable. I ask for rights so i can actually get **** done quicker, i get a no. I ask why, no reply.
Next we get the second time around and that was a huge disaster by everyone. Me and staff both at fault here. Im at fault cause I didn't consult with anyone before hand about drastic changes like so and lack of a testing enviroment before launching the tests. So i was flying blind. Next we have once again buhdahdahdah staff treating me like garbage. Tashkin especially. So this ***** when first round of drastic buffs comes around for 50 hp and i balanced out for 100 (thats why guns were doing 20+ dmg. He makes the hp 100 because i explained that 100hp is our best option, it is easier to balance out the miserable class balance and allow a small but not a massive edge over lower price guns. He said alright and did it. I then changed everything to be balanced for 100 health. Everything was great, our average time to kill was around .9 - 1.5 seconds (commando). Thats faster than era at 1.2 seconds lowest kill time and large spar was good. Small spar was gonzo though. While weapons wern't balanced that wasnt my main focus. Main focus was to make sure gun classes were diverse and had better uses in classes to emphasize there roll. Medics didnt have a huge disadvantage on spammy guns and a hudge edge on the heavy hitter guns. That is what this thing succeded beyond expectations on. Only 3 hours later tash decides 100hp is a terrible idea so he changes it back to 50. Well **** that ****ed everything up. Now were back down to 50hp i rebalance it again only this time if i wanted to keep balanced weapons and classes guns would have to do 10+ damage otherwise commando would be way to OP on some guns. This had guns being at least 10-15damage some even more. The average kill time is lowered to .7-1.2(commando). This really ****ed over spar hard. About a week later I ask tash to put it back to 100 since this isnt working well, he says no, i ask why, no reply and fired the next day.
I swear to god its management i really have an issue with. Thats just a few things management did, i could sit here all day and tell whow management screwed me big time. They made a work space of oh lets get nothing done and whap our dicks instead. If you wanted to get work done and progress this game they wouldn't let you do that. Not at all. Theres no way in hell im going back to a place that doesn't want you to get work done when you came there to do work and they do nothing but hold you back. If i was never fired and wasnt held back by management, combat in izone would have been great everywhere. I guarantee that, iricia wouldn't be a hellhole boring place, spar would have been competitive more than ever due to faster kill times and meaning 1 mistake would cost hugely. Along with the longer reload times accuracy would matter a lot. It's a shame really.

Have you ever been staff before? Genuinely curious. GIT isn't the only one who felt the way he did. Also, I believe the new management makes development 10x easier so Geno can implement his changes more easily.

I didn't read what ghetto* said simply because it was too long... Sorry but there's no doubt it's easier to do what needs to be done now. I just don't consider your job being somewhat unecessarily difficult as "treating someone like ****."

I can name so many other staff members who had way harder jobs and to this day still help when they're asked to... Powder is a legend and a half... Pig is a legend and a quarter... Tashkin is just a legend... AND I AM THE LEGEND #SKTFORMANAGER2K16ONZONE... Na... Spam them era noobs that though. Zones too small for me... Huehuehue.

But for sharks- there are much harder AND MORE STRESSFUL jobs than being the guns admin.

Like this is pew pew shots-call 911 but like I'm pretty sure that even mangsi had a more stressful time as an events admin more than git ever was the guns admin...

And thats why everybody who ever based at skybase back when you were staff GIT hated you. Because melee>guns. Honestly it's beginning to tick me off how even with Genos attempt to fix melees they still kind of suck.  

There's a new management in place (Alex is really chill, and wants what's best for Zone) so if you really feel that you could make Graal Zone better, why don't you just apply and give it another chance?

How do you know it's a stupid decision? People who get paid are obviously going to work harder because they have more motivation to get paid, and if they put more work into the tileset the better it's going to be.

Graal has always been player run(with the common dev regulation). Ruins the tradition.

I'll agree that it was a good call to handle the graphics unix. I won't agree that you hired people. There's so many good player artists that would have helped if you asked.../bribed.

Really you spent your own money on work when we could have done it for you. What a waste of money for bread...
