I'm not gonna say anything about him being ZPA, but when it comes to leading a development team he is terrible at coordination.

Also, I don't understand why Graal servers in general have issues with announcing what will be released. No way to build up hype, and no way for players to get excited for what's to come this way.

Sure, there are worries about the projects not being completed and ending up as a disappointment to players - simple solution here is to not undertake such huge projects that no one will have the time or skill to complete.

We have been talking over our ideas for iZone and we have come up with 3-4 major changes we want to take place. It will take a long time to accomplish but all of these changes will make iZone so much different from the other iOS servers.

It makes me happy that all of you like talking about how there are ways to improve iZone, makes me feel like people really do care. Most people just say Zone has no hopes blah blah blah, which is really annoying.

Of course there are ways to improve the server, there are ways to improve every game - the reason people say "Zone has no hopes blah blah blah" is because the development is unorganized and has had no real direction for a while. People need to see progress to expect progress.  

Actions do speak louder than words.  

Zone should be moved more toward a Graal Z direction

Zone has announced some of the things that are being planned/work on, but zone's an exception. Zone still has a lot of growing to do, so players expect new projects. Announcing some of the plans helps a server like iZone. As for classic/era, they've been here for a long time and have so much that announcing their plans won't affect anything really. Especially if it involve spending gralats, announcing will only give time for players to build their gralats up, rather than buy packs on the spot.
