That's the Crown Pavilion. They re-opened it during this patch with a new Boss Blitz minigame to farm. If you get a good group it nets you the big bucks.

Ah yes! Finally. Pretty sure I'll try buying it soon, but which one should I buy? Heroic or Deluxe?  

Deluxe isn't really worth it. It gives you a few extra cosmetic stuffs, and a skill that I've never seen anyone use. I wouldn't buy it.  

Looking forward to that season 2.

Btw, does anyone here do fractals? I'm at like level 33 or 34 and it's a pain to find a decent group. I wanna get to level 40 if possible.  

Alright cool. Just got Heroic. Is there any server where everyone on here is on?  

Now they use a megaserver system, so all PvE is shared across different instances. So, although the instance you're put in automatically is decided by your server, you can join your friends in another instance easily. If you want to play WvW though, JQ #1 server. Albus and I are there, Skill is on Mag I think, and Talon is on the toast (TC).

Yeah, due to Megaserver merging all PvE, you don't need to stay on the same server as friends unless you want to WvW with them specifically. So if you're picking a server, I would pick Jade Quaggan (JQ), the Toast (TC), or Stackgate (BG) for T1 WvW with around-the-clock action if you ever want to check it out. Every other tier except T1 is pretty much dead except for rare NA prime raids. Even in T2 (atm DB/Mag/SoS) action is really really limited since the vast majority of guilds there (they're really, really good but) are geared towards organized GvG so you don't see much open-field action.
