no.  

We aren't even 100% sure it will be 50, that was just a guess that was made and everyone stuck with it because it sounds reasonable.

He just said no to it coming ahead of the NGS, no acknowledgement of the number.  

50 people + another 50 people attacking a single fort would be a lag fest and/or pk's might not count either

Highly unlikely that you'll get all 50 people (remember you won't be noob recruiting) online often at all, especially in 2 guilds, at a single fort.  

Well it's confirmed that the roster will increase for sure, even tho I'd enjoy it more to have smaller guilds, would increase the competition but that would never happen.

You can make your guild as small as you want. In fact, having a small guild vs. large guilds would give you exactly what you're looking for, good competition.

Would be stupid to do that, I thought if there'd be less people in a guild there also would be more NGS guilds  

You guys are forgetting about allies. With 2 dedicated guilds, there's possibility of there being 100 (although unlikely) attacking and defending a tower. With 50 per guild, we may not also get the option of allying with other guilds anyway, which could be okay for me.

What does towering really need right now?  

better update the towers if you add more room in the roster tbh, mod with 200 pkers would not be very fun  

I wonder what the main reason was for getting rid of snowtown and york towers. If inactivity was the reason, then the new guild system has to be great enough to add more towers.

It was fun towering, I loved storming towers with Pixel Warriors, but now there is absolutely no incentive or loyalty in any guilds now, as well as competition.

Pretty sure the reason was that there were too many continually guilds getting 1k hats by afk-ing, same happend to Castle
