You don't think they don't investigate? Boost and scam alerts wouldn't have any sway with the hiring process unless they were legit, which they aren't, and if you're unbanned then a comment is added saying why the ban was overturned.

I think what you're failing to realize is that as soon as you have bad GPs like Soren, Yuri, whoever is constantly abusing their power on Sarah, whoever is constantly warping players away from Swamp tower for Maemi, the credibility of account history goes out the window.

So yes, when he finally gets caught for his behavior maybe Soren gets fired, but I don't get the 20 times that he warped me away from a tower for "game disruption" removed from my account. Do you not see how this is a problem?

The idea of the hiring process is to try and limit those who would abuse their power. Red flags to avoid are people who talk about their forced sexual relationships with minors in-game, and those who throw insults at anyone who disagree with them. Both are very un-GP like.

Not to mention one of the GPA browses these forums.
