On the following day of the Destiny release, I was doing the pyrat quest and obtained 5 treasure maps. Today I got none. Am I unlucky?

Map 28 is in front of Garden Shop in Delta Island.  

Any idea where this I thought it was unstuck me , but I can't find it.
