In my opinion, I would think it is only fair if the kills are resetted as well or at least back to the original around 200k so as not to upset the ranking, and to be fair to players who earn their kills legitmately.

Lol you guys still talking about me? Saying I can't pk and would never get those stats is false from the fact i got 12k in 2 days. Also regarding Street I didnt merge rk get items, I already had BAR and everything I needed. 2 of my friends were gonna quit so I didn't see the point of letting the accounts die. MY time on era is up and I will give my account to a friend. Remember its just a game.

Just a game? Why not leave there accounts... obviously it matters to you.

It didn't matter whether you had everything you needed. You still had items merged onto your account that you may not have needed, but did not belong to you.

iEra being "just a game" doesn't give you the justification to cheat or play unfairly.

We've NEVER reset anyone fullyl.

I was banned(only banned) then emailed snk to explain my situation,I was banned AND F U L L Y reset.Then I had to say if I don't have my spar stats back(which Has nothing to do with what I "stole")I wouldn't play anymore.
What ace is trying to say is that if you steal pk's then your pks should be reset.If you steal someone's souizen(trough accounts) then you get inv reset.
I was also told that account sharing/giving(friends) is as illegal as stealing.
Basicaly: Duke was never fully reset,I was.Thanks to snk for giving me my spar stats.

There are people who play Era for different reasons.
Some are here to socialise with friends, so kills do not matter.
Some are here to build gangs, so base hours matters most.
Some are here for pks, so killa matter most.
Some are here for spars, so spar stats are everything to them.
Some are here to collect rares. so they try their best to collect weapons, melees and rares.
Some are simply here to chill.
Etc.

One man's meat another man's poison.
Clearly here there is a conflict of view points.
Some feel that kills are important simply because they are here to pk, their aim is to get the highest kills. They are the pkers.
If I am not mistaken, the highest kills in Era should originally be Mayu or Ace.
However Duke's merge of accounts upset this rank and now he has the highest kills at 350k due to an illegal merge of account of 150k worth of kills.
Obviously this will upset players who suddenly find their ranks shifted behind. Especially when they try their best to pk and earn every single kill by themselves since they do not have the option to merge any accounts.
Is merging legit? No.

Hence punishment was given.
Duke's spars were resetted and his weapons taken away.
From the management point of view this is fair as this has impaired partially his abllity to play, since he lost his guns and melees. And hence, is a form of penalization.
And he was also unbanned, as if i am not mistaken, reset and bans dont go hand in hand. Is either a ban or a reset.

However, the management feel that a removal of all weapons, customs, hats and spars is a severe enough punishment.
Of course, different people would have different viewpoints and reactions to this.
Some feel that is harsh enough, while some feel that is unfair as it's too lenient.

What I can suggest as a best solution, is to enforce a fix set of rules going forward.
For instance, probably state it on Graalians or on iEra, if you steal/scam/illegally merge accounts which do not belong to you, this form of punishment will be dealt.
This would also help to deter players who have the thought of stealing accounts as they are aware of the punishment which awaits them.

And back to the case above, punishment has already been decided and dealt with by higher management.
There is nothing NCJ, or even Snake or Street can do.
If you insist, you can email Snk your views but eventually, it would still be up to him on how he handles the case or whether he feels that he has already handled the situation appropriately.

Could you go away, you sound like an admin and your clearly not.

I'd confront Snk about this together if I were staff. Maybe you could get him to do the right thing, also if duke transfers his account to a friend, or if he quits, his account should be reset fully.

His punishment was dealt with, you don't really go back and amend punishments x.x
