bright screens don't help. if i want to sleep properly i usually have to stop doing things a few hours before i actually try to sleep

ya I tried to sleep at 1:00 AM and I was lying there for 2 hours doing nothing so I decided to graalians  

Watching the pokemon anime helps me sleep, no joke. Been watching like 4 episodes every night, already on season 3 =]

The other night I tried going to bed super early because my dad was pissing me off. So I went to bed at 7:00 PM. I woke up at 12 and went back to bed at 7:00 AM.. Worst thing ever.  

I can't sleep at all if I try that early.
