That means he gets RC, so he could delete a lot of things.

I don't understand why you need to work for iEra to help them develop a bit.  

if you have rc what can he delete he needs folder rights or rights

No snk would have given him all the rights a normal LAT would have aswell. Gosh what do you think whos managing the server?  

well to prove someone i would give them a personal folder and warpto so they can see level if its a 2nd chance i would do it in that situation

Sure I'd love to work with him again as I did once in the past, but to contribute something to the server you don't need RC immediately.
Let's compare it with a relationship:
If you cheated on your friend, you can't come back saying "oh can we be in a relationship again? Im so sorry it wont happen again". Sure it could work for the dumbest people, but it most likely wont work. You have to earn your reputation towards the other person back. That means you have to do several things without having the other person worring "oh gosh I gotta watch him".

Even than it will be hard for snk to trust him again. Doesn't matter if he got limited rights or not. He can simply contribute several things to iEra by emailing them or whatever.

Not those polls again. Seriously its not up to the players deciding such things. Else you would probably see Foggles in the staff team. No thats something up to snk.

1/4 of the iEra community doesn't know who Doc is.  

Then everyone would want doc back because everyone might think "he gave me free doll and statue". If people don't know who their dealing with, what might become the outcome of iEra.

Exactly, that is known as favoritism. This kind of stuff could tear servers apart.

That's the exact reason why we do not have a court house.
