only disappointing part was they dropped the whole thing Celty early on and never picked it back up. And Shizuo and Izaya didnt have a fight at the end
Too bad there is such a stupid amont of filler for how many chapters there are
I still find them fun to read, even though it has nothing to do with the keys and locket, it's about building relationship between the characters.
And growing the harem.
I would be really surprised if they didn't. There's no way they could end it without finishing the Cup. I'm looking forward to the remaining games that have yet to come.
These last to days have required me to go on a writing spree right now.
Warning all spoiler tags will have spoilers. (duh)
Madhouse might turn out to be my favorite Animation Studio after these two days.
First off is today's No Game No Life Episode 8, if you have not watched it yet. Stop reading and watch it now. Now if you haven't watched No Game No Life at all, you are missing out on the most popular anime of this season. Now for some spoilers:
Spoiler
In today's episode we get to see Shiro and Sora challenge the warbeast to a game. It's all fun seeing them make fun of the old warbeast while seeing such a cute little warbeast. We get a bunch of smart tactical moves from Sora that always blows our mind, but what really made me jaw drop was the last scene. Having Sora talked to an unknown character and then reminding Shiro of their special relationship just made this series take a complete 180. And of course the brilliant Madhouse studio Incorporated the use of the End Theme that completely removes Sora from the usual end theme to lead up to the moment after the credit, showing how Sora's existence became completely erased and only Shiro is reminded of it. Damn, if only I can move time one week faster to see what will happen next.
Next we have another masterpiece from Madhouse Studios Hunter X Hunter Episode 131. Now if you have not seen Hunter X Hunter, you have missed out on a brilliant piece of work made by Togashi and just beautifully executed by Madhouse Studio.
Here is some short reasons to why you should watch Hunter x Hunter.
I am not a big fan of those long Shonen series (i.e. Bleach, Naruto, One Piece, Fairy Tail.) but Hunter x Hunter has completely destroyed those series in story-line, characters and execution. First of all there is no fillers what so ever in Hunter X Hunter, every single episode is based off the actual manga. Now I have you know, if you're are looking for a fight scene every episode, then don't watch it, because you have no taste in a good anime series. Before a fight can happen there needs to be a build up towards the fight, and Hunter X Hunter is magnificent at that. Now it sounds childish with the main character is a kid and is chasing his dreams to become a hunter, but there is dark parts. Especially in the Yorknew aka Spider arc and the Chimera Ant Arc.
Now for the newest episode arc which had such a brilliant fight scene that could possibly beat the legendary Goku's first super saiyan, all in just one episode.
Spoiler
Now for a super anime critic mode.
Story
Nothing is better than Hunter x Hunter stories that builds up to the actual fight. As shown before, Gon has met up with Kite, a man he has met as a child, and became to look up to him. As they start their journey in the NGL continent. Gon has become attached to Kite as he learns about Kite's character. As soon as they got close to their destination in the NGL territory, they were suddenly ambushed by Pitou. Unable to help Kite, and helped cause Kite to lose an arm, he was separated from Kite and was brought back to leave NGL. However he believed that Kite was still alive and there was no way he would lose to Pitou and was just taking refuge somewhere. He was determine to get Kite back. There he starts training to fight the ants again to become strong enough to get Kite. Until they found Kite, but in such a devastating state, being controlled by the enemy. Even witnessing Kite, Gon still believe there was hope to save Kite, so he went to fight Pitou who is most likely the one who defeated Kite and recover him. After finding Pitou and slowly waited to allow Pitou to recover Komugi, he builds up the darkness and anger within him. At last he learns the truth of Kite's death and just broke. Willing to risk his life, he gained enough power to be on an equal scale of the king and completely slaughtered Pitou.
Animation
Nothing could be better then the way Madhouse executed this episode. The animation was clean and crisp and had a lot of attention to detail. You could feel the impact of how the battle was played out. Everything that was going on was just done in such a fashion, it completely boosts the fight scene to become one of the best yet.
Sound
A round of applause to Megumi Han for doing a brilliant job voicing Gon. In fact give a hand to Killua and Pitou's voice actor as well. They have all done the voicing so well, that unlike American entertainment, you can tell how well these voice actors has worked to get to this level. The amount of emotions that come from these voices feel very genuine and has made all other voice actors outside of Japan feel ashamed.
As for OST wise, Madhouse has done this brilliantly as well (the amount of time I've said Brilliant). What really stood out was the piano of the End Themed of the last scene where Gon went suicidal that concluded the episode.
Episode rating 10/10 way better than any other Shonen series.
Does anyone watch an ongoing anime called hitsugi no chaika??

There was a small discussion on it a few pages back, it's one of the stronger shows this season.
Would have been quite shocked and appalled if if didn't. Can't wait, but I already know the story up to most recent manga issue and it's so far away in terms of story left. There are like 5 games + huge flashback in between and it probably won't be close to covered in the third.
The flashback is really cool though,
Spoiler
It's a reliving of Kuroko's life at Teiko. Lots of character and plot devel that makes everything click.
I heard about it awhile ago. I swear to ****ing god if it gets funding for an anime. The entire Days series needs to go be buried into a ****ing desert and be forgotten. **** this series, this is why Anime is stereotyped as either ****ing Hentai or Cartoons because they get ****ing funding for ****ing adult VNs and not other series which ****ing deserve it because it's ****ing not ****ing fap material for ****ing assholes. Seriously, **** these kinds of Anime. I ****ing want Nisekoi Season 2, Pet Girl Season 2, Maoyu Season 2, Love, Chunibyo Season 3, Listen to me Girls, I'm your Father S2, Witch Craft Works S2, Engaged to the Unidentified S2 but **** no, we can't have that kind of funding because people want ****ing fap material.
On a side note from that little rant; Finished Devil Survivor 2; Really cool series. Some mishaps in the story, but still enjoyable.
Spoiler
Kind of gotten a Mirai Nikki ending, but it made more sense
