Improvements:
First off, it takes a very long time for horse races to begin. I really don't know who or what starts the horse race but it's very long... Why not borrow the join-in/join-out system from archery and guild spar? Y'know.. So up to 10 or 15 players can have a horse race. Also it gives everyone a chance to play and not have the same amount of people in every race

Suggestions:
Checkpoint flags between each checkpoint... A very helpful indicator during the race... Also, when skipped a checkpoint: the current checkpoint should be a different color to let the player know where's the next checkpoint. This suggestion could be skipped but I dont mind

Also, could you replace the bushes by the horse stable with chairs and a view function: basically, you could sit down and view the entire horse race and it's contestants like you can in guild sparring. A very helpful addition worth considering

Last but not least: a scoreboard has been suggested on this section of the forum. I highly recommend that suggestion aswell. It would make horse racing competitive (the way it should be x3)

I Totaly agree with improving Horse Race Star Time/Ammount of people racing
And I Totaly like the suggestion of to place a mark so that the player knows were the checkpoint is , expecially to players who just bought horse and really much don't know how to race because I sometimes see player lost in middle of the track and going back and forward.

One more improvement to say
Sometimes it says 2-5 tracks price : 500g and when ever the race starts 5 seconds later there is already a winner is it a bug?

I agree . Really complicated when people are all in start point and they should close te fence to Horce track and as in suggestion do the same system like they do in Spar,Achery (But Horse Icon) and restricted speed.  

Flags would be very nice.
