i actually think this idea is way better! tho if u were to do this it would be kinda hard to look at all the players and stuff...... quiker! Faster! more reliable ...... well idk  

Well its a good idea alright, like a trial maybe.  

Main problem with people we hire? They get bored and abuse.
We need players who work through boredom and can still follow the rules despite temptation.
Being a PR is fun for all of a month, if you can't cut it, don't even bother trying :3  

You mean like Mariah Nicole, Pimpsy, or Callimuc? They abused powers A LOT.

I just checked the logs, and Callimuc doesn't abuse, nor does Pimpsy...

As far as Mariah Nicole, she wasn't fired for 'abuse' per se, we (the PRA team) decided that she was too comfortable using her staff-tools whenever she pleased (gagging a lot of people for little to no reason).

Most people that get fired, are fired because of item dropping  

i always wanted a GFX team hirings..... i want to try applying :/

Funny. If you check the death of a family member thread you'll see where mariah is now faking her own death and failing miserably. I say lock and ban her account, if shes dead she won't need to use it right? Bet your happy she got fired. These antics could have made the staff team look bad.

Sorry to say , but most people on this web site are quite expirenced with graal , and they wont really need to ask questions . Try putting it on your status or saying it in a popular spot like start or by the shell shop .

There's no rule against faking your own death Higbey, why would I lock her account? If she somehow comes back from the dead she might need it.  

Callimuc never abuses his power from what ive seen, nor Pimpsy, thought id put it out the as well  

I'd have to agree. Callimuc is a great developer and Pimpsy is good at graphics. He's never abused his powers once.
