I was talking to some buds online about a week ago and all Era oldbies always say the same thing. "Era's changed...yadda yadda" and even a few of my closest online buds are at the point of just quitting. Reasons varying from iEra is too repetitive it's the same thing over and over again, no good updates, etc.

The real problem in my eyes however are the people who are playing iEra. Honestly most of you guys (notice I said most) are so single minded. The forums were supposed to be used as a place for players to talk about the game, come up with some awesome new updates to keep the game fun and basically just chill out and ask staff questions if need be.

Recently however, forums are used to spam the same topic OVER AND OVER. Every week there is a new thread on said trade system, and the sad thing is we already came to a conclusion as to why there isn't one and why one should probably not exist. Yet people feel the need to make multiple threads about it nonstop hiding the original thread with the answer in it. Get over it already.

The time you are spending thinking about a trade system you could have come up with something much better to improve iEra game play wise. I'm sick of reading the same garbage over and over about you guys crying about how there is no trade system. Obviously a staff member has seen it by now and there is a reason it has not been added, and I feel there will be a time when staff don't even look at forums anymore because it's just the same old stuff.

So this is my plea, go back to the constructive, smart, thought out threads in which you post ideas or your levels or your graphics for iEra so we can improve the game and get out of this redundant phase.

Thats when you know it's time to quit.  

I agree the forums are slowly but surely being filled with mindless idiots. And I'm not pointing any fingers but this is mainly in the era section.

Keep in mind this game is full of people under the age of 13. So most of the people on the forums aren't very good at expressing their ideas.

What's Era all about, really? Socializing, PKing/Sparring, and playing Events.

75% of the threads made by players who have "ideas" are more on just what they themselves want. Nothing is thought out, it's just "Hey, we need yadayada. MAKE IT HAPPEN!" That's why ideas are always being tossed out here and there that have already been discussed. Nobody cares to to any searching.

true but i would rather read what people actually want to do rather than read "omg make trading system" 10 times in a row. At least when people post what they what, people can expand on it and make it into actual content. I have seen some pretty good idea's for events and what not yet they all get drowned with random crap that have no relevance whatsoever.

And it's not about expressing idea's. It's about posting something constructive and stop flooding forums with needless and repetitive garbage. When I come on here I want to read what people want to be added to the game and basically explore ideas as to what people would think would make the game better. It's how it used to be, and it was way more efficient

Personally I prefer people pushing an idea rather than having millions of ideas scattered everywhere. But hey that's my opinion...

actually the posts that actually contain ideas and development have been added by snk recently. smilies on world chat was an idea from chaotic gfxed by me. having your money shown on world chat, ect ect. so if this hasn't been added after 3 months of constant whining, it's probably for a reason.  

Is the fan base REALLY 15 year olds? Because majority of the players I meet are 7-14. yes, one guy was SEVEN. COUGHCOUGHwhitefoxCOUGH

I thank Jester for pointing this out, plus people keep repeating same discussion, not only about the trade system but to give EC to be brought, and so on. And also, because of these 15 years old, some people are turning snobby (i wont mention who).
