Player submissions have been accepted for a variety of things in the past (candy prizes last halloween, Christmas gifts every year) but this is the first time that a contest has been hosted this way, where you have to take a hat and decorate it yourself.  

I wish, this is the start of the annual contest ����  

Was totes expecting to see the store open by now (morning of the 19th here).

Is this for the extremely boring and repetitive easter egg collecting event?

Why don't you divert some effort to improving the game? Maybe a hat submission contest for in game rewards (for statistic milestones) or for a single spar tournament

There was a hat submission contest for Halloween and Christmas,

This is different and a new idea as players need to edit a hat and be creative

I dig the first hat. Except from the unique kind of shading, there's not much wrong with it.


Should've added a flower or something. Better luck next time all.  

Update: Thanks guys I got the 2500 in-game and so did the others who had their hats in the shop!

Well, this is a contest, and there were many people submitting their hats, if you don’t have your hat in game or chosen, that means you wouldn’t have received anything. There’s always a next time though! If you constantly practice and want to improve on your graphics I’m sure you will be picked next time.
