First become mini, then go through the warper at the end of the painting, you'll be able to get to the houses behind the bush in the first warper.

 What do i do next is there a quest?? How to get out...  They have pretty cool hats though I think if we are transformed into faries we could go in here (the little doors i circled) (also tell me if the mount can fly on water pls)
