Whenever I try to log on to classic.graalonline.com and then select Graal City (screen capture 1) I am given a black screen and then I am presented with the second screen capture. Is there any way to resolve this? ( I have tried clearing cache and using a different browser already, same results.)  

Try resetting modem, checking virus protection definitions (quick check is turn antivirus off for a minute and see if the connection goes through before looking for detail), updating flash...  

i had the same problem. i was using chrome. then i started using firefox and it worked fine  

This is either a flash problem, or a connection issue.

Given that this is becoming a very more common issue for PC users. It's more than likely a connection issue. Not likely a issue with your WiFi(But resetting modems and things of that sort help regardless). But this seems more of an issue of the Server for graal being difficult to connect to on PC. Which I can only assume that Graal is either bugged at times and won't load on PC or its failing to connect and establish a connection to the server so it disconnects you.

In both cases, There isn't much you can do on your end other then reconnect and relog. If however this problem still continues and you need to access graal(Assuming you don't have a phone or mobile devices in which you can get graal) you can always install something like Bluestacks or Android emulators on your PC and get graal on there.

A few benefits of using that method is things of the sort of the Flash being better, runs a little faster , and most importantly you should be able to connect to graal while on PC.only downside is it takes a bit to load up depending on your PC specs.  

I had that problem to, simply disabling the anti-virus software I had fixed it.  

Pretty sure it's a server problem.  

So I wasn't the only getting this super long loading. It takes ages for it to load only on classic. Each other server like era,ol west,zone is perfectly fine just my classic that gives me a black screen.  

Hm. I was online earlier today and there were some super unusual glitches. I had a stack of lemons from the joint following me around somehow. It was directly above my character on all screens and blocked movement, effectively only letting me walk side to side and down. Additionally, the clouds from Snowtown were present on every screen. Refreshed and now I'm getting the same disconnected screen as OP. Fun times.

Server was shutdown then rebooted last night so it fixed that for me
