Please add iPhone X support.
Hey there! I recently got an iPhone X and I noticed that Graal doesn’t have proper iPhone X support, which is an issue. When you play the game, it’s very squished, resulting in not only black bars on both sides of the phone, but on the bottom as well for the “home” gesture button. Another problem with it (at least from what I’ve experienced) is that the game sometimes feels like it becomes unresponsive (I mainly play Classic, where I’ve experienced this). I would sometimes press buttons and feel like the game isn’t picking up my button touches. Here is what the game(s) looks like: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() And this is what a game should look like normally, with proper support/optimization for the iPhone X: ![]() Notice how there’s no black bars on any side of the screen, and the gesture button is hidden, unless you were to swipe up from the bottom of the screen to reveal it. I’ve also noticed that multitasking seems a little broken on the iPhone X as well. Sometimes (not all the time) I would go back into the game, and the entire screen would just be black, and the only way to fix it would be to restart the game completely. Here’s a picture of that: ![]() Anyway, support would be greatly appreciated, especially since it makes the game less enjoyable to play. I also believe that Apple may require apps to have support for the iPhone X anyway? And do keep in mind that Apple is moving towards the “notch” or bezel-less future, especially when in September there is rumored to be 3 new iPhones that have this notch, and I’m going to assume that a majority of the player base will be upgrading to these new phones. Thanks again on hearing me out on this, I’ve seen many players complain about the lack of iPhone X support, so I figured I’d bring it up since it doesn’t seem like there’s been any official word on it. |

Totally agree, I surmise it'll come though as Delteria had the iphone X support(so full screen) bar the millions of problems that they still aint sorted with the X out for.(controls/menus etc not aligning right when changing control size etc)

I also think it would be nice for it to be better supported on the iPhone X. I have seen many apps only support it in the sense of it being full-screen but just not utilizing or filling the top left and right corners on the phone, because then it actually cuts off space in the middle of them (the black bar where the front camera and speaker is). I think this would also be a fine option for Graal, just to see it a bit more full-screen would be helpful and maybe wouldn’t make screenshots look so bad. |
