Can Classic save me?
Despite classic tumbling downhill, I still want to play classic. But I lost access to my email that I used for my old account (it is a yahoo mail and when they needed me to do a recovery check I can’t because the only option you can do now is to use a recovery phone, my recovery phone is a landline so it cannot recieve text message), But I still have access to the account because I haven’t deleted graal classic in years. I am getting an upgrade soon and will have to download classic again and still want to play on my old account because I played it for 3k hours. I sent a ticket about this but it’s been days since they’ve replied. Can a staff help me transfer my account or something?!?

I’m pretty sure this thread will be closed because you’re not supposed to request support on forums. What do u mean “it’s been days since they’ve replied” what did they reply? My suggestion to you is: send a new ticket, explain everything. Give as many proofs as you can even if it’s something like “I have x hat pages” the more evidence you provide the higher your chance is of restoring your account. I’m just re-wording what admins said few times on here replying to ppl requesting support for the same issue. Goodluck man |

Toonslab wont do anything. I tried recovering an old acc. I gave basically everything even the graal ID. I would suggest if possible, If you have a PC most devices allow you to transfer an app along with all app data into the PC through a simple USB charging cord, Where you can transfer files and other things onto there and then transfer them to there onto the new device. Which is how I oftenly transfer my graal acc as well as other accounts so I know it works that way since my Wi-Fi is usually crap and won t let me sign into gmail without errors. You just need a PC |
