It was real, happened in 2010 or 2011, don't remember it perfectly.
Someone invited some people into his house and showed it off, admins came soon after but nobody got in trouble for it as far as I know
It was with JamesJaames, Slim and some other people

I accidentally wrote it like that.  

Loved "glitch bombing" into people's houses. Was pretty upset when the allowed you to lock Gralats. I no longer was able to defend and attack other farms. But being able to lock your gralats was a good addition to the game.

You were also able to bomb glitch out of the map to get to those little off-the-grid towns that probably don't exist anymore (as long as you weren't caught by a creeping staff member)
