I was in a game earlier with 2 players on mounts that were able to hit others with their swords and one person that couldn't get hit. It was a pretty bad experience.  

for an anticipated wait this is kinda lowering my spirits by an inch  

I think one of the last things I did on Graal the Adventure was help Racil remake MoD Town.

hol up. I know MoD was the first guild but why is it worshipped with it's own town even in iclassic (I know it's a traditional part of the map but it could have a different name like Delta did for a long while.)

Most content on Classic was content created by players. Sometimes this was a house(like Jesus Freaks... and practically all the buildings on Classic), sometimes it was a quest(like Zol's pub) and sometimes it was entire towns(like Destiny and MoD). Delta's name was changed because that was actually the original name of that island.

I knew that part but now that you remind me that Destiny and Zols Pub were too I guess now it makes sense why MoD would be kept in game as much as Destiny. What made me think it would make sense to change it because Delta used to be Belle Island. (I know it was the original because I have been to the island in the 2004/2006 or whatever version.)

It doesn't seem to be a temp event because the number of hats and space that could be filled up in the future. also, something as useless as the tent in the past that suddenly has a purpose should theoretically go on for a while.  

When do we can play again?  

Last 2 times I've been in Snowball Fight it appears to be bugfixed, so good job on that
Hopefully these events come back regularly  

Participating in an event should give 1 ticket. Winning an event such as Bush Race or Sumo should give like 15 tickets. These prices seem whack considering everyone has gotten the top costing item within a day or so...
They should be special, not free hats Dx  

This happens a lot in Jump & Run, I'm pretty sure it's because the area where you spawn is so low within the spawn square that some players don't load the level before the square loads and they just freefall out  

people are being put in events without paying  

Maybe add sword dance gani for 500 tickets
