Tried buying one before, nothing happened. Tried buying one again this time, nothing happened. I just wasted 1k. Is this a bag or should I do anything for it to appear?

Swipe < left on your equipment slots on the right side of your screen, this will open the hotkey menu. You can add items to this via your inventory and 'add this item to hotkey' or some *** like that
