So i bought the graal noob state,below the state i saw 5 "chat bubbles"i tought it was going to change the normal chat bubble but it didnt,what is that?,and why is it there if it doesnt work? If anyone knows please tell me.

It only changes the PM bubbles (PM, Guild Message, Server Announcement, etc.), not the regular chat bubble.
